Besides their world famous Balsamic Vinegar range, Acetum also offers red and white wine vinegars from selected grapes. The white is made from 100% Lambrusco wine while the red is made solely from Trebbiano grape wine. Most people aren’t aware that in America it is legal to call a vinegar “Wine Vinegar” if it consists of 51% wine vinegar, blended with 49% distilled vinegar. In Italy, it must be 100% wine vinegar. The red has a bolder flavor while the white is more delicate. Each is perfect as an ingredient in dressings, marinades or sauces. Sold in a king-sized one liter bottle.
