Chimichurri Wine Jelly
An award-winning line, Livio Pesle’s condiments have been taking the gourmet world by storm since their inception into the market. Using the Italian wines as a base for his inspiration, Pesle then adds a twist with Chimichurri, a traditional Argentine condiment used for meats. This gelee or jelly is a mix of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wine with the classic spices that go in chimichurri: garlic, parsley, oregano and chili pepper. The spicy edge but delicate texture make this ideal for a roasted or grilled meats.
