Verduzzo wine jelly is made from Verduzzo Friulano, a legendary Friulian white that is also vinified as a dessert wine. This lightly amber jelly has a slightly heavier structure due to the wine's aging in oak casks. It pairs extremely well with stronger-flavored or aged cheeses such as Gorganzola or Montasio stravecchio or on savory meats such as braised duck or game hen.
