| Open Question: Ideas for my cocktail party? |
I am having a cocktail party on Thursday, in 3 days. This past weekend I went out and got all the decorations center pieces, extra martini glasses, charms, white table cloths etc. I am making cosmo's as my signature drink for the night. But also having Margaritas ...and jello shots!! haha Anyway I am making this great Marinara with dry red wine and lots of cheese! I am transfering it over to a Fondue set and cutting cubes of bread to dip in it along with whole mushrooms and meat balls. I am also getting a large tray of variety cheeses, ritz crackers and I am grilling sausage the night before. Think RED HOT AND BLUE appetizer mmm. Those are the only two things I have so far but I almost think it's enough. Considering that they are all like 3 appetizers in one. I bought little fancy cups and filling them with either chocolate cream pie or key lime pie for desserts. I am only having about 6-7 people just co workers. Oh and I may get a fruit tray too. Do you think this gives them enough to choose from? Any suggestions?
