| Open Question: Risotto recipe ideas? |
I have made risotto before with Spinach and Mushrooms but looking for other substitues, or other things to make with risotto. Any ideas please? Also most recipes i've found online have white wine in the ingredients I'm not a big drinker of wine so don't have any at home. Does wine have to be used in risotto? Or is that the most stupidest question ever. you can tell i'm not exactly an experienced cook LOL
